We first chose John as our contractor for a major refit of the whole of our ground floor, this involved gutting, removing walls, rebuilding rooms including a new utility and cloakroom,new flooring throughout together with added insulation and windows and doors. The whole project took a month so we went to America for a holiday and used Facetime to liaise. When we returned John was only 4 hours late so we could move straight back in.

Any changes were discussed and pricing agreed prior to the work. We were extremely pleased with the result.

Since then John has been our 'go to' contractor, further work includes custom fencing, cladding, tiling path and patio and a new composite deck.

I have no hesitation in recommending him.
